Fitness Center

Hours: 6am-10pm Daily

Please enjoy our fitness center located directly across from the entrance to the rental office. Towels are available in the fitness center for your use, please do not remove them. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 or over. Proper shoes/workout attire are required, no sandals.

Clubhouse

Hours: Mon – Friday 7am – 5pm Sat/Sun 7:30am – 5pm

The clubhouse has a computer and printer for use during these times unless it is reserved for a meeting or a private event (owner use only).

Pools

Hours: Dawn to dusk

Please be respectful of units near the pool regarding noise levels.

Tennis Courts

There are 2 tennis courts, one on the beach side and one on the bay side. The bay side court is set up for pickleball. Sign-up sheets are located outside the rental office. We DO NOT have equipment to play tennis or pickleball.

Picnic Facilities

Gas grills/picnic tables are located on the grounds for your enjoyment. They are first come, first serve and the only designated smoking areas on property.

Gulf side location: In front of the parking area east of building 4

Bayside location: On the lawn/shell area between bldgs. 8 & 9 - as well as adjacent to carport at bldg. 5
Please be sure to turn off gas after use.

We appreciate you leaving the picnic areas as clean as you found it.

Parking and Vehicles

Please display parking permit on your rear-view mirror at all times. Any vehicle without a permit will be subject to towing at owner’s expense. Please, park in the covered parking space assigned to your unit. If you have a second vehicle or a guest, you must check with the office to see if an extra parking permit is available. Commercial vehicles, trailers, campers, motor homes, R.V.’s, boats and trailers are prohibited from being parked on Midnight Cove property, except for loading and unloading purposes. We allow 24 hours for this, but you must first contact the office for approval.

RE-BOOKING PROCESS FOR THE NEXT YEAR

If you would like to rebook the same unit you are in for the same dates next year, you must do so by the end of the day on Friday. Your reservation will require a 25% deposit and a signed rental agreement to confirm your booking.

Check-Out Procedures

Check out is at 10am – sorry, no exceptions

Please follow these guidelines when preparing for check-out:

Make sure all beach towels (only) are washed, completely dry, folded and put away
All leftover food must be removed from the unit, including the refrigerator and freezer
All garbage must be removed and disposed of properly (extra charges may be incurred for extra time spent cleaning due to excessive garbage)
Please separate the recyclables and take care of disposing in the proper receptacles
All dirty dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware and any used kitchen utensils must be loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you depart, you do not need to wait until the cycle is complete.
All keys must be returned to the office upon check-out. If you depart before the office opens, please drop your keys into the lockbox located on the left of the rental office doors. If you depart during office hours, please turn them into office staff. There is a $75 fee for any set of keys/fob that is not returned.
Please close and lock all windows and doors
The AC must be set to cool/auto and 78 degrees

Trash Disposal

Please place trash in plastic bags and seal before disposing. Buildings 4 and 9 use chutes located next to the elevator; all other buildings use dumpsters next to driveways. Please do not put plastic bags in the recycle bins, only what is designated on the posted signs.
