"My husband and I and our daughter, son-in-law and seven year old granddaughter stayed in this condo. The condo was clean,and the decor was really pretty. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that one would need. The property is very secure with beautiful pools and clean restrooms and a short walk to the beach or if you would prefer you can also drive and park right there. An added amenity are beach chairs and umbrellas with an attendant to set up for you. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay on beautiful Siesta Key, you won't be disappointed."

We swam in the gulf every day and enjoyed the incredible white quartz sand. We had an unforgettable time and can't wait to do it again!"

"Every other year we (my 5 sisters and I--which includes two husbands and 3 babies) go with my dad, step-mom and Grandma for fall break/thanksgiving week. The community at Midnight Cove is amazing - everyone is so friendly and families remember us from years past. The part of the beach that is private to our condos is the best strip of the beach, in our opinion. And the sunsets and views are unbeatable. Around 5:15-5:25 every night families are flocking to the beach for the sunset before they either head downtown (very, very short drive), or to St Armand's, or better yet a home cooked meal with your family in one of the beautiful condos or town homes. In our case we always went to dad’s townhome because there were 14 of us now and what better way to spend thanksgiving than all cooking together and paying football on the beach while the turkey cooks! It's been the go-to for thanksgiving for over 5 years and we don't think we will ever change this fun and amazing tradition."

“Great and relaxing place to stay any time of the year” - September 2015

"We stayed in a lovely townhouse condo on the canal side of Midnight Pass road. It was very clean, well equipped, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the canal off of both lanai and upper deck areas. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The walk across the road was facilitated by a pedestrian crosswalk with a button activated light. From there it's an easy stroll to the beautiful white sandy Crescent Beach. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. When we first arrived, we had trouble with our internet and a shower drain. The office attendant came immediately and fixed the internet. The maintenance crew was notified of the drain problem and repaired it promptly as well. Incredible service!

One of our favorite features, (after years of dragging chairs and beach umbrellas), is Midnight Cove's Beach Monitor, Ian. Upon arrival at the beach, he has beach chairs and umbrellas lined up for you to choose from. He is also very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on restaurants. He is very attentive without being overbearing. We appreciated his friendly service very much.There are a number of food establishments nearby that we have come to call our, 'favorites'. Siesta Village is just a hop and skip down the road and provides a number of stores and restaurants, not to mention ice cream. There are plenty of opportunities for activities, but we needed a week of relaxation and rest. Midnight Cove served our needs well. We will surely return soon!"

“Beautiful units and views” - September 2015

"My six siblings and their families were coming to town for a Memorial for our brother who had recently passed away. Everybody wanted to stay on the beach so I suggested Midnight Cove. I called Kelly and Alana, explained the situation and asked for help with the accommodations for everybody. They were more than awesome and took care of everybody as if they were family. All of the units were very clean and nicely decorated. Most had views of the lagoon on the property that runs from the Intercoastal Waterway. Even though it was not on the beach, we had private beach access through Midnight Cove Gulf Side across the street. We had access to nice has grills which worked out nicely when it came to feeding a large crew of hungry family!

A 2 bedroom, 1.5 or 2 bath apartment with a living/dining room that opens through 16 foot glass doors to a spacious screened lanai. With approximately 1,100 sq. ft., the Firethorn provides an open feeling seldom found in a unit of comparable size. May be a 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor unit and these units are all stairs only!

 

Doveplum


A two-level, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse of approximately 2,100 sq. ft. Open beamed staircase divides the dining room from the living room to the spacious patio. The roomy kitchen has the convenience of 1/2 bath. On the second level there are 2 bedroom suites with baths. The master bedroom has its own balcony. There is also a utility room with washer & dryer. These units are stairs only!

 

Chinaberry

 

A 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a single floor layout of approx. 1,400 sq. ft. which contains features and details to pamper discriminating tastes. The master bedroom, with its oversized bath and large walk-in closet, opens to the huge screened porch which runs the entire width of the Chinaberry. (These are all the middle units in our mid-rise, elevator buildings #4 on the gulfside and #9 on the bayside.)

 

Buttonwood (not pictured)...same layout as Chinaberry but with 3rd bedroom.


Very similar in design to the Chinaberry, but an even more spacious end unit with approx. 1,600 sq. ft., including a separate breakfast nook. (These are the end units in our mid-rise, elevator buildings #4 on the gulfside and #9 on the bayside)

No description of Siesta Key would be complete without mentioning our 3 world-class beaches, Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach. 

 

Leisurly stroll on the crystal white sands that have made Siesta Key Beach famous, and experience what our vibrant community has to offer.

 

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, Siesta Key is an 8 mile long, crescent-shaped barrier island off the coast of Sarasota on the central west coast of Florida. Siesta Key is a part of Sarasota County, and a portion of it falls within the city limits of Sarasota.

 

midnight cove vacation rental siesta key beach 7Two bridges connect our piece of paradise to mainland Sarasota. The southernmost of the two bridges will put you right at our doorstep, or take the northernmost bridge and head south for a scenic drive through Siesta Key.

 

Siesta Key is governed by Sarasota County and we are part of the Sarasota County School District. Our students attend Phillippi Shores Elementary School, Brookside Middle School, and Sarasota High School, or one of the many private and parochial schools in the area.

 

There are three churches right on the key, St. Boniface Episcopal Church, St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and Siesta Key Chapel Presbyterian Church, as well as numerous churches, synagogues and spiritual centers back on the mainland of Sarasota.

 

There are two main shopping and dining districts on Siesta Key. The larger of the two is the mainly pedestrian Siesta Key Village with its many quaint shops, high-end boutiques, restaurants ranging from very casual to fine dining and world-class seafood restaurants, and nightly entertainment including live music performed by local artists.

 

The second is conveniently located within two blocks of Midnight Cove and it offers a grocery store, drug store, post office, liquor store, marina, and a variety of boutique shops and restaurants.

 

Only 25 minutes away, Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is the closest airport, but you'll have lots of options with Tampa International Airport, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, and the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers just a short drive away.

 

Siesta Key is the perfect place to spend a week, a month or, like many of our residents who started out as vacationers or seasonal residents have come to know, it's the perfect place to spend a lifetime...
